Tarts with Beef Tartar

Ingredients

  • 10 g capers
  • 15 g shallots
  • 2 g peperoncini
  • 100 g beef, rump or fillet, finely chopped
  • 7 g olive oil
  • 3 g mustard
  • salt, pepper
  • 10 Piece HUG Mini Snack Tartelettes tomato-basil 4.2 cm

Preparations

  • Chop the capers, shallots and peperoncini very finely.
  • Mix with the meat, olive oil and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the tartar into the Tartelettes with the help of a round shape.

  • Peperoni brunoise
  • Basil
