HUG Dessert-Tartelettes 9 cm Strawberry Tarts

- 500 g milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- 20 g egg yolk
- 40 g cornflour
- 500 g strawberries (halved)
- 150 g strawberry jelly
- Boil 450 g of the milk together with the sugar and vanilla pod.
- Mix the remainder (50 g) of the milk with the egg yolk and cornflour.
- Pour the boiling milk onto this mixture, stirring constantly, then pour back into the pan and heat at minimum 85°C.
- Allow the mixture to cool rapidly, stir it once more and pour into the tartelettes.
- Garnish with strawberry halves and cover with the jelly.
- Apply the finishing touches and cool before serving.
