Carac Tarts

Ingredients

  • 150 g full cream
  • 150 g couverture chocolate, dark
  • 100 g fondant
  • 1 Piece Food coloring, green
  • 10 Piece HUG Dessert Tartelettes Carac 7 cm

Preparations

  • Heat the full cream until just before boiling point. Remove the pan from the stove.
  • Add the couverture chocolate and stir until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture over the base of the Tartelettes and put them in a cool place.
  • Warm the fondant in a water bath and color it with a few drops of green food coloring.
  • Pour onto the chocolate mixture and put in a cool place.

Serving suggestion

  • Couverture chocolate for the classic dot in the middle
